Another Take on MoJo Monday!

Hi there! I have another card to post that uses the MoJo Monday sketch. This time I've used a very old SU! set called Teddy Bears. Aren't they adorable? My cousin was having a garage sale a few years ago and I found this set in the bin, I just couldn't resist!

This card uses the Ski Slope designer paper, Real Red, Old Olive and Whisper White cardstocks. I've coloured the image in with SU! markers in with the inks used in the Ski Slope DSP, and of course, added in some Dazzling Diamonds for glitter. How can one make a Christmas card without glitter?!! I tell ya, its hard! I love my Dazzling Diamonds but do refrain from using it on everything! :-)

Accessories used are my circle Nesties, Red Grosgrain, Photo Corner punch, and the little snowflakes on the right are the punched out piece you get when you use the Snowflake border punch. I thought they fit in nicely in the corner, instead of using a brad or buttons.

MoJo Monday Challenge ~ Welcome Christmas!!

Hi there! One more quick post for today. This is my take on the MoJo Monday sketch challenge. I love this site and find their challenges so much fun! Its always fun to see everyone else's creations so be sure to click the link on my side bar and go check them out!!!

This card uses Ski Slope designer paper, Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, & Old Olive. I used my Nesties to cut out the circles, as well as SU! punches, Old Olive Grosgrain and 2 buttons from my stash (they actually match up much better than my photo shows). Also used a paper piercer and mat pack on the punched out photo corner.

Good Friend's Birthday

Hi All! I've had the opportunity to create a birthday card for a friend, who's celebrating her special day today. This card uses the Great Friend set out of the Occasions Mini, as well as the soon to be Retired Raspberry Tart designer paper. I will be so sorry to see this particular designer paper retire, its just beautiful.

Mojo Monday Challenge

I had a hard time with this card, not planning from the beginning to have such a somber card, but it just turned out that way!! I love Pink and Black together, its one of my favourite combinations.
This card uses:
Stamp Set: Bloomin' Beautiful
Cardstock: Pink Pirouette, Black, Whisper White & Raspberry Tart Designer Paper
Ink: Regal Rose, Rose Red and Cameo Coral Markers
Accessories: Black punched out circles, and half pearls from the Pretties Kit, along with the Eyelet scallop punch, watercolour brush
