Tea Party DSP

Good Morning! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend???  Ours was extremely windy, but the temps were nice and the sun shone, so no complaining here! We went down to Calgary for the day on Saturday and I was amazed at how many trees' buds had not yet fully opened and how brown it was there compared to our area....usually its the other way around, as they seem to get more precipitation, especially late Winter & Spring.

Today I have another card share from my stamping date with Melody. This is another card Mel found on SCS, isn't it just gorgeous???? So easy to create yet so pretty, I loved the how dimensional it is.

This card used Old Olive as a base, Whisper White and So Saffron, and Tea Party DSP for the rest. We cut out the flower from one of the dsp sheets, then cut the smaller flowers and layered them on top. The leaves are an SU! Sizzlet, the tiny flowers were punched out and adorned with tiny half back pearls.

Thanks once again for dropping by and enjoy your Monday!!
Deb :)

What a great way to use that dsp! This is really pretty and I like all the dimension as well :) The colours are perfect for a Spring or Summer birthday card. TFS!

This is great! I often don't know what to do with the DSP that has huge flowers and this works perfectly. I also love the little flowers you've added to the leaves. Don't get blown away - it's suppose to settle down as we move into the week - HOPEFULLY!!!!
