Good Morning!! Today's share features the stamp set Beary Best Friends (yes, again!) only this time I've used the boy bear image. He is so adorable!! I've been wanting to use this older SU! designer paper, East Coast Prep, for a boy's birthday card for quite some time now, the colours are perfect for kids!! Real Red & Tempting Turquoise are always in inspriation for me when creating kid's cards, I really love how bright & clear they are. I also used the Stars die and the Big Shot to die cut the stars. The glitter foam is from the local dollar store and even has a peel and stick backing (and it actually sticks, which surprised me!)
Thanks so much for dropping by, I'll have more to share tomorrow.

Beary Wishes
Hi there! I'm back!!! We have been busy with my DD's sports tourney this past week. We spent a fun filled 8 days in Eastern Canada, visiting Montreal & Ottawa. The weather was great, sunny and nice although it was hard to get used to the humidity as Alberta is so very dry compared to Ontario & Quebec. I ate way too many Beaver Tails while there but they were SOOOO incredibly good. :-)
I'm trying to build my stash of all occasion cards. This one would be great for a birthday or even a baby shower if need be. The card features that darling little bear from the Build a Bear set, the sentiment is from the set "Great Friend" and the Designer Paper is Pawsitively Prints from both the Holiday Mini and the new Occasions Mini.
I'll be back soon with another card share as I'm hoping to have some swaps done for this weekend. I guess I should get busy, its Thursday already... :-)
Thanks for dropping by and have a Fabulous Thursday!!

DD's Birthday card
Good Evening!! Today's share is a Birthday card I made for my DD. Its kind of like a CD folder. I've only got 2 of the three sides showing in this post, the other side is folded back with our personal message to her on it.
The left side is an opening that will eventually hold a photo; the darling Build a Bear image lifts up and has a separate area for another photo. Both these flaps held gift certificates for DD, one for an event of which we'll take pictures of and then place them in the card for a keepsake.
The main card base is Regal Rose complimented with Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Chip cardstocks. I've hoarded this designer paper for quite some time now and was happy to use it for someone special like DD! I also adore anything Build a Bear and have so much fun colouring these images in!! I must never have outgrown the love of using crayolas, only now my "tools" for colouring are so much more expensive than crayons! :-)
The daisy is die cut with the Big Shot, as is the large scalloped circle. The button is from my stash but I thought it matched the dsp quite nicely. I also used the eyelet border punch along with the scalloped & circle punches.
The "Enjoy" is what holds the card closed. I've placed one part of the magnet underneath the designer paper; the opposite side of the magnet is sandwiched in between the circles with a piece of chocolate satin ribbon that is adhered behind the last page of the card, again underneath the designer paper.
Thanks for dropping by and have a wonderful tomorrow :-)

Sweet Bearies!!
Hi there! Today's share was stamped with the new Build a Bear Set called Beary Best Friends. Now, how cute is this little girlie bear???? I absolutely love her, she's so adorable. I really enjoyed colouring her in after stamping with StazOn on watercolour paper; it was easy to blend the inks and get the bit of shading I wanted. I also added some Dazzling Diamonds to the balloon and the brad in the center of the flowers, just for a bit of shimmer!
The supplies used for this card were: Razzleberry Cardstock, White & Razzleberry Lemonade DSP, Watercolour paper, aqua painter, inks to match Razzleberry paper as well as Creamy Caramel for bear, Basic Grey for her shoes. Flower is from the Stampin' Up! Blossom Party die using Razzleberry DSP and the Top Note die was used twice as a mat for the main image, once with White and once with Razzleberry DSP.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your day! ~
Debbie
