Morning Soft

Hi there! Today's card features an image from the retired SU! set called Morning Soft. I've always loved this image and think its so much fun to colour. I know that I've used colours for this flower that probably don't exist in nature (for this species anyway!). But that's half the fun of creating, whether its "real" or not!! :-)

This card was made with Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Old Olive cardstock, along with a piece of DSP from the Ski Slope Collection. The other green, matted below on the chocolate chip was in my stash and I don't remember which collection of dsp its from. The border punch is from Michael's, and the amber gems from my stash. The image was watercoloured with Summer Sun, and a bit of Chocolate Chip and More Mustard for shading, the leaves with Old Olive and Summer Sun for touches of highlight.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great afternoon!
Debbie

Ha! I would have no idea if morning glories come in gold or not...I kill *almost* everything I try to grow. I think your card is stunning and elegant! I love the class papers and border punch, as well as those dew drops/gems. Beautiful :)
